Virtual Viewings for Pre-Purchase

During these difficult times an oppotunity has arisen for Hamble Marine Surveys Ltd to assit our clients in a new way. 

Access to UK marinas is restricted.  Hamble Marine Surveys Ltd are approved contractors are so are permitted access to most UK marinas.  We are still undertaking Pre-Purchase and Insurance Surveys as normal as long as the vessel is ashore.  

We have found a new service that is proving popular. We attend at a vessel that is of interest to you.  Our 'Walk-through' inspection takes around 1 hour followed by a Face Time virtual conference where I can show you around, answer your questiosn and bring to your attention any areas of interest or concern.  This unique approach to remote viewing is allowing clients to make a more informed decision on the right vessel and ultimately making an offer.  Post contracts and deposits, the full survey for Pre-Purchase can then go ahead as normal.

In several cases already clients have gone on to complete their purchase with their new yacht ashore and ready for when the lock down is lifted and the sailing season resumes.
