With the ARC race fast approaching at the end of the year Hamble Marine Surveys have just completed another yacht preparation project whereby we have provided advice and support in preparing a yacht for the trip down to the Canary Islands ready for the departure for the Caribbean. With the supply of Ocean Safety equipment central to our role and correct fitting and training as part of our service the customer and yacht are now ready.

This service is becoming popular for concerned yacht/motoboat owners who at the end of the year may find a blister or two or have deeper concerns about the state of their GRP hull. With coating system improving and the cost of epoxy treatments coming down owners are looking to the future.

Hamble Marine Surveys are delighted to announce the completion of a survey on a 49ft Steel vessel. The vessel was constructed from steel and partially fitted-out requiring a detailed and custom approach to the survey including advice on RCD, Bills of Sale and VAT.
